<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The final deposit for Summer Camp is due by June 4.</span> All Scouts must be paid in full by this date, or you will not be on the roster to go to camp. Adult leaders must also be paid in full by June 4.</p>
<p><strong>Medical Forms:</strong> BSA policy states that ALL Scouts participating in outdoor activities must have a current medical form on file with our Troop. Weekend outings require Parts A &amp; B to be filled out. ALL Summer Camp participants (Scouts and Adults) MUST have Parts A, B &amp; C filled out in order to participate in camp. No exceptions!!! <p>-<strong>Departure </strong>for the campout this weekend is Friday at 6:00pm from the church parking lot. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure an on-time departure. Please eat supper before arriving.</p>

<p><strong>Additional information</strong>: for those going for the Wilderness Merit Badge, they need to bring a “wilderness survival kit” (they need to do the research on their own to determine what needs to be packed in a Wilderness Survival Kit.  And, they should review be ready to repeat from memory the seven priorities for survival in a backcountry or wilderness location and explain the importance of each one with their counselor.</p>

<p><strong>-Informed Consent Agreements for the May 4-6 Wilderness Survival campout are due at the Troop meeting on Monday April 16. </strong>Go to the &#8220;Forms&#8221; page of our website to print and complete an ICA. This will be another relatively inexpensive outing. Total cost is estimated to be around $15-20. Scouts may work on Wilderness Survival merit badge, or other advancement opportunities. This is sure to be a fun outing !!!</p>
<p><strong>-Troop elections on Monday April 16. </strong>Scouts interested in being a candidate for Senior Patrol Leader should e-mail Britt. Qualifications include: Minimum 1st Class Rank, have served as SPL, ASPL, or PL before.  Patrols will elect new Patrol Leaders following the SPL election.</p>
<p><strong>-Troop Service Project April 21: </strong>The Troop will be painting the yellow curbs at the church beginning at 9:00am on April 21. All scouts and adults are encouraged to participate. Scouts will earn service hours towards rank, as well as provide a service to our Chartered Organization.</p>
